For several years now, VALERES holds regular activities for entertainment and team building for its staff.
This year, we’ve been with our team at De Panne on the Belgian coast. With a local organizer, we were able to discover the passion of "Land yachting”. This activity has allowed us to evolve on several goals :
- operating in pairs
- handle the consequences of a non-respect of orders or technical rules
- respecting and pay attention to all other participants.

We note that these moments promote the communication, in a much more friendly way. Even back in the office, we find an easy relationship that was not always there before. Greater attentiveness and availability are now present. We took the opportunity to also invite the partners, to allow us to build more familiar relationships amongst the members of our staff. This initiative was highly appreciated by everybody.
