Construction begins on the first of eight office buildings in the project developed by VALERES and Teesland iOG.

In one year’s time, the first 3,000-m² building in the Campus Contern project will be completed, work having begun this November. Developed as part of a joint venture between VALERES Konstruktioun and the British Teesland iOG, the building complex will finally consist of eight buildings with equal surface area, primarily for administrative use, with a combined surface area of 24,000 m².
The site offers a very large number of parking spaces (around one parking spot per employee), rentable offices fitted by half floors of 350 m², a gross rental fee of EUR 16/m² (standard fittings included).
