VALERES Konstruktioun SA is in charge of the renovation of the Wolf Moritz store at the roundabout "Raemerich" in Esch / Alzette, in two commercial areas MATCH & WOLF MORITZ.

We are talking about 2 times 1.525 m² of "Sales" surface, on the ground floor and first floor, and 2 times 225 m² of stock respectively "cold surface".

The site will also provide a "Restaurant" area of 167 m².

130 parking spaces outside are available to customers.
