VALERES has just signed its first rental contract for CAMPUS CONTERN, a project with 8 office buildings each of 3.000 m² situated in Contern (Luxembourg). MACH, the first tenant, will rent the entire ALOUETTE building as of June.
At the moment negotiations are already being held with some potential tenants for the second building, BOUVREUIL. Construction will commence in March and handover is expected in September 2009.
CAMPUS CONTERN is a joint project between VALERES and V€URO International Holdings in Amsterdam, a part of the Australian property developer VALAD Property Group.
